As this year comes to a close, we mark a meaningful moment for our practice with the retirement of Dr. Thomas Fogel on December 31. For more than four decades, Dr. Fogel has been a trusted physician, mentor, and friend, caring for generations of patients in the Ventura community with skill, empathy, and good humor.
